Deploying VCF 4.2 Multi-Availability Zones (VIDEO) | LAB2PROD
Over the last few months I have had several clients deploy VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) 4.0+. They all had one requirement in common, they all required a stretched management domain or better known as multi-availability zones.
The reasons were varied and this is not a hard ask, however there are quite a few requirements that need to be met for the solution to work properly. This becomes more challenging if it is going into a brownfields environment.
They also required the use of multi-nic hosts, at a minimum they were utilizing 4 physical NICs per host. This request can also be accomodated, with some modifications to the process.
