1/2oz Bourbon County Stout ‘Simple’ Syrup
3 Dashes Whiskey-Barrel-Aged Peychaud’s Bitters
Shake like crazy to froth up the Pineapple Juice. Strain over one large rock. Garnish with a lime wheel.
